ACCOR uses NEOFI Link...

"Accor, international group and European leader in the hotel business, world leader in pre-paid services, is present in more than 100 countries with 150,000 employees.
The Back-Office and Accounts Information Systems Department needed simple yet powerful IT methods, in order to control all its processes autonomously and also to be able to respond as efficiently as possible to the various demands of the financial management.
We manage several hundred accounts in more than 10 banking groups, which represents around 25,000 lines per day in the AFB120 format in France alone. For this, it became necessary to put into place an upstream process of automation and control, making it possible to direct channels of sensitive processing such as the recovery of bank statements and their redistribution (with or without intermediary action) to different financial systems of the Group. The accounting chain which links our new TMS and our ERP also needed to be secured from end to end with constant processing and with the necessary traceability.
Today we use NEOFI Link as a secure exchange platform, allowing us to work with the interoperability constraints between our different applications, all while keeping to the internal regulations recommended by the Chief Information Officer of the Group.

The compliance checks of statements (number of accounts, number of movements, accounts missing, new accounts etc.), as well as messaging service alerts, are managed entirely automatically thanks to this platform. The accounting chain is entirely integrated - from the accounts generated by our TMS in SAAS mode to our ERP, without any manual intervention. Whatever chain is put in place, at each stage of processing we are notified of the status of the processes and we can, in case of error, identify the stage with certainty and therefore intervene more easily.
We appreciated the quality of support provided by the NEOFI Solutions team while implementing different projects. This solution has allowed us to introduce new checks and alerts, as well as new processes, more efficiently than we could have imagined.
